According to the Master Plan from 1963, an alley from City Hall to forest Dudova Suma was built with two skyscrapers (Antic skyscrapers) and many other buildings. Several buildings are called Tin Buildings because those buildings have facade of metal profiles. That location is determined for mass housing construction. Tin buildings should be used only temporary, considering its building material, but they are used even today for the same purpose.
